Shipping & Returns

1. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. For orders that are not in stock and have to be cut and sewn, it can take up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be completed. We will send you an email with the estimated wait time for your order.

2. Solid colors are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable. Solid colors are not kept in stock and are always custom cut per order. They are still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced if a problem develops. Please call and request a swatch kit before ordering solid colors so we can make sure that the seats will match your truck.

3. All seats have a full manufacturer’s warranty. This means if a seam rips or if there is any type of manufacturing defect, your seats will be repaired or replaced. We do not cover against material fading and normal wear and tear.

4. We do not cut out for electric controls. We try to cover and protect as much of your seat as possible while maintaining full functionality of all your seat’s controls. We do not cut out for electric controls because you can still operate the controls through the material. All manual controls will have cut outs.

5. Returns and refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with our seat covers you will have a full 90 days from the date of shipment to return the unused product and a full refund will be processed after inspection of the returned seat covers. If you order the wrong seat a $10 per seat restocking fee will be applied. Again, solid colors and special orders are nonrefundable.
