Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing before your order ships. This production timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, or special product launches, processing times may be extended. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
